Gustavsberg sgrafitto ware vase by Joseph Ekberg 1910
This pot is one in a series called sgrafitto ware that was designed by Joseph Ekberg and made at Gustavsberg beginning in the 1890s. This one is decorated in a Mackintosh rose motif, after Rennie Mackintosh the Scotsman who originally designed it. It is signed by its designer, Joseph Ekberg, and dated 1910. The pot measures 7-1/2 in. high by 7-1/2 wide.
